Rulemaking for Conflict of Interest Code Amendments

The California State Auditor has prepared modifications to the proposed amendments to its Conflict of Interest Code in accordance with 2 CCR § 18750. The California State Auditor is giving notice of changes made in response to comments received during the 45-day public comment period:
