By September 2018, Sonoma should begin using its work order management system to track and ensure preventative maintenance inspections of air handler units are completed at least annually.

Sonoma State University has implemented its plan to use its new work order management system to track and ensure preventative maintenance inspections for air handler units are completed annually. We documented compliance with the inspection requirements in Fall 2018 and inspections are scheduled again in Fall 2019.

SSU has added inspections of air handler units to its' Work Order System to ensure it is completed annually.

The work order report it provided only shows that it created the work orders to inspect air handler units and completed some inspections, but it does not show that it completed all of the inspections.
