Recommendation #16 To: Sacramento, California State University

To ensure that it receives feedback from employee representatives on conditions associated with their work environments and that it develops appropriate interventions, Sacramento should ensure that its joint committee records meeting minutes and provides copies of the minutes and other information to the systemwide joint committee, as requested.

6-Month Agency Response

Sacramento State's campus-level joint health and safety committee, formed under the CSU Collective Bargaining Agreement with Unit 6 (State Employee Trades Council/Teamsters Local 2010), will record meeting minutes and provide copies of the minutes and other information to the systemwide joint committee when requested. Minutes for the committee's September 2018 meeting were recorded and distributed to members. The same will occur for future meetings.
