| Partially corrected. Public Health's Immunization Branch has revised the internal QAR document to include a check of inventory records and to ensure that private vaccine is differentiated from public vaccine. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention only accepts potential revisions to the Vaccines For Children provider agreement in September so Public Health was unable to submit revisions by December 2010. We will be submitting revisions outlined in our original corrective action plan by September 1, 2011. | 102 |
