    Its a lot of work and its hard to keep up with requirements

    Its a lot of work and the local jurisdictions have been willing to meet the HUD mandate but not do every year; that may be changing

    I would say a HUD mandate

    the increase makes sense in light of our spiking rental market and overall shortage of housing

    we reallocated in order to get funding for coordinated entry, moving away from transitional housing

    about every 5 years

  35. How has your strategic plan benefited your CoC?

    It has helped us focus on PSH and get homeless people permanently housed and increase our funding and resources to do so

    our CoC has limited staffing, we have gotten some grants to help us with planning, most recently with the YHDP

    we try very hard to work closely with the community
